Thermometer

FUNCTION

Although it is not indispensable to the diver, the use of the thermometer is not superfluous, because the water temperature is an information of interest to the diver. If you feel cold during a dive you may know if it originates from low water temperature or a health problem.

Usually the thermometer is installed on the wristband or the profundimeter or is mounted on the instrument console.

Currently there are computers and profundimeters that indicate the temperature reading.
